Who is Eligible
Gholston Holding LLC provides transitional housing for individuals who are working toward stability, successful reentry, and long-term independence.
Eligibility Requirements
Individuals currently on parole or probation
Individuals recently released from incarceration
Individuals referred by a parole/probation officer, case manager, treatment provider, or other approved agency
Must provide proof of parole/probation status when applicable
Must be willing to follow house rules and program requirements
Must be committed to working toward stability and independent living

Complete and submit an application with your basic information, reentry status, and housing needs.
Application Review
Our team will review the application, eligibility information, and available housing options.
Interview / Intake
Qualified applicants may be contacted for an intake interview to discuss program expectations, housing needs, and next steps.
Placement & Move-In
Once approved and space is available, the applicant will receive placement information, move-in instructions, and the required intake documents.
