Gholston Holding LLC is committed to helping residents connect with community resources and support services that can assist them in achieving stability, independence, and successful reentry.
Residents may receive information or referrals for services including employment assistance, education and job training, transportation, healthcare, mental health and substance use treatment, recovery support, identification and documentation assistance, public benefits, food assistance, and other community-based services.
Gholston Holding LLC does not guarantee eligibility or acceptance into outside programs or services. Residents are encouraged to actively participate in their individual success plan and follow through with referrals provided by staff.
Employment & Job Training
Gholston Holding LLC encourages residents to work toward stable employment and financial independence. Staff may assist residents with identifying employment and job-training resources within the community.
Available resources may include:
• Job-search assistance
• Resume preparation
• Interview preparation
• Workforce development programs
• Vocational and skilled-trade training
• GED and educational programs
• Employment opportunities for individuals with criminal backgrounds
• Assistance connecting with local workforce centers and community organizations
Residents are expected to actively participate in employment or educational goals established as part of their individual success plan, when applicable.
Health, Treatment & Recovery Support
Gholston Holding LLC recognizes that access to healthcare, treatment, and recovery services can be an important part of achieving stability and successful reentry.
Residents may be provided information or referrals for services such as:
• Primary medical care
• Mental health services and counseling
• Substance use treatment programs
• Outpatient treatment services
• Recovery support groups
• Medication management services
• Behavioral health services
• Community health clinics
• Health insurance and benefits assistance
Residents who are required to participate in treatment, counseling, or recovery services as a condition of parole, probation, or another supervision program are expected to comply with those requirements.
Transportation & Basic Needs
Gholston Holding LLC recognizes that reliable transportation and access to basic necessities can help residents maintain employment, attend required appointments, participate in treatment, and successfully transition back into the community.
Residents may receive information or referrals for resources such as:
• Public transportation and bus services
• Transportation assistance for medical or treatment appointments
• Food assistance and community food banks
• Clothing assistance
• Personal hygiene supplies
• Identification and document replacement assistance
• Public benefits and financial assistance programs
• Other community resources that support basic needs and stability
Residents are encouraged to use available resources responsibly and communicate with staff when assistance may be needed.
Reentry & Community Support
Gholston Holding LLC is committed to helping residents successfully transition back into the community and develop the skills and connections necessary for long-term stability.
Residents may receive information or referrals for:
• Reentry programs and community organizations
• Parole and probation support services
• Case-management services
• Legal aid and identification assistance
• Life-skills and financial-literacy programs
• Family reunification and supportive services
• Peer mentoring and recovery support
• Assistance locating permanent or independent housing
• Other services that may help reduce barriers to successful reentry
Residents are encouraged to work with staff, supervising agencies, treatment providers, and community partners to develop a strong support network.
Resident Responsibility & Follow-Through
Gholston Holding LLC provides residents with information, guidance, and referrals to community resources; however, residents are responsible for actively participating in their individual success plan and following through with referrals and appointments.
Residents are encouraged to:
• Attend scheduled appointments and meetings
• Maintain communication with service providers and staff
• Follow parole, probation, treatment, or supervision requirements
• Actively pursue employment, education, treatment, and other established goals
• Notify staff when assistance or additional resources are needed
• Take an active role in building long-term stability and independence
